Thank you for choosing The Collection. Here is how your order gets from the press to your wall.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, in USD. No customs or import fees, guaranteed.

2. How long it takes

Every piece is made to order, so your timeline has two parts:
- Printing: we print and quality-check your art within 5 business days.
- Delivery: once it ships, it reaches you in 2 to 3 business days.
Most orders arrive within about a week of ordering.

3. Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $75. Under that, a small flat rate applies, always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Addresses and restrictions

Please enter a complete, valid US address at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery there. If an incorrect address causes a return or reshipment, the cost of resending is the customer's.

5. Tracking your order

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, let us know. If the carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we send a free replacement right away.
